za Laxjockbottom8 : My old cross country coach used to do that to me on runs. Said no pain no gain. Learning to overcome pain will help me be a better runner to go further despite pain. It worked. Because a much better runner. But, i also began enjoying it. Wanting to push tue limits on what i can take.
